LEGAL NOTICE

The Shawnee Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 22, 2010 at 7:00 PM in the Shawnee Township Administration Building, 2530 Fort Amanda Road, Lima, OH 45805 for the purpose of hearing the following:

Petitioner, VRW, LLC (The Village at Riverwalk) c/o Michael B. Zieg, 1480 Dublin Road, Columbus, OH 43215 requests a change in their existing “PUD” (Planned Unit Development) for tax map parcel 46-1508-02-010.000 on the south-eastern side of Zurmehly Road. The wish is to incorporate some single family residences in place of some four-family buildings and to make some site changes to accommodate the new building designs.

The Shawnee Township Zoning Commission held a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 4, 2010. At that meeting the Zoning Commission voted to recommend the acceptance of the Riverwalk Petition to the Board of Trustees.

The Board of Trustees shall, within 20 days of this hearing, recommend the approval or denial of the recommendation of the Zoning Commission, or the approval of some modification thereof.
