SHAWNEE TOWNSHIP
Allen County Curfew Guide
Any person under the age of 18 years who violates
the provisions of a curfew shall be apprehended and charge as being an unruly
child and taken before the juvenile court in the county in which the violation
occurred as provided in Chapter 2151 of the Ohio Revised Code. The curfew shall
be enforced by any peace officer within Allen County.
